Can I cancel or modify an order?
To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing and therefore we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If there is a mistake with your order, please email us at hello@zozimus.co.uk and we will do our very best to help.

I haven’t received a confirmation email?
Our confirmation emails are generated automatically and are sent out shortly after your order has gone through. If you have not received one, it could be because there is a mistake in your email address, or that the order was not completed. Or perhaps our email is stuck in your junk file. Please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.

What are the shipping costs?
Delivery within the UK is £4 via our courier next day delivery service. Please see our shipping policy for details of postage costs outside the UK.

My tracking details say my order has arrived, but it hasn’t!
All of our deliveries are sent out with our courier service, which means that you are able to specify a safe place when you place your order. If you have received an email telling you that your parcel has been delivered, the best thing to do is to check in your safe place or with your neighbors, as it is most likely that they will have it! If this isn't the case, please email us and we will do our best to track it down for you.

Can I return an article?
Yes. We will be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging and with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer. Read more about returns in our Returns Policy.

How do I know if you’ve received my return?
It can take up to 14 days for a refund or exchange to be processed; once it has been processed by us you will receive an email confirming the return and/or dispatch of the exchange. 

How do I change my details?
In order to change your details, you will need to log in.  At the top righthand corner of the screen you will see a section “Login”. Once you have logged in, you can complete your details and/or change your information.

Do you offer any first time customer discounts?
Yes, we offer a welcome discount for new customers. Sign up for our newsletter to access this offer and receive updates regarding new arrivals, promotions and lots more.
